I spent two weeks in a panchakarma treatment with Aida, and a miracle happened. After dealing two years with severe Long Covid symptoms (Tinnitus, weakness and overall-body-pain) the massages, Shirodara and other treatments helped me to almost fully recover in such a short time. Aida was patient, loving, sensitive and supported my healing process with a lot of heart and a brilliant humor. I am grateful that I met her and can highly recommend her as ayurvedic therapist.
